I found the website to be enticing enough to buy 2 column radiators. The price was ok but the BTU was the best for the size I wanted. The reviews seemed ok so I ordered. It took a couple of days to find out that my order would be a further few days. This was no big issue as one of the radiators was on backorder (but due in the day after I ordered).All ok so far - then they arrived. The only way to described them is they both looked like they had been dropped on one end. The paint had cracked and the valves were damaged. So I emailed the service team who wanted them returned first before new ones would be sent out. They keep talking about checking with their supplier which must mean they are just a distributor for these radiators. So just over week later I get the replacements. These were even worse. One had a physical tear in the side of the column. So sent them back - this time the replacements were issued before the damaged ones arrived back. The next delivery - both were damaged again. One was slightly bent and the valves were scratched and the other had paint cracks all over one end.I was getting desperate so I could replace the valves and probably live with the slight bend in one of them (although this should not be the case for a new radiator - but I needed to install something).So just trying to get one replaced now. The next replacement didn’t turn up - then when I rang the day after the courier had found damage and decided not to deliver it or tell me!A further replacement arrived yesterday - with a 2 inch patch of paint missing. So this has gone back.I have lost count now of how many replacements I’ve had and how many times I’ve had to cancel my plumber.I’ve asked repeatedly for them to be packaged better. But they still arrive looking like they have been dropped somehow. The packaging is inadequateThe quality is poor (there are paint bubbles in the one I’ve kept but as I said - I needed to install at least one radiator)The courier they use seem not to be very careful with such heavy productsI really wanted this to be a pleasant transaction but I’m left with a very cold room and having to pay plumbers twice to come out. I cannot recommend this company (and perhaps it is just one of their suppliers that is letting them down - but they should take responsibility for their end to end service which includes suitable packaging).I can handle 2/3 failed deliveries as things do go wrong - but we are close to double digit deliveries now :-(

Heat and plumb looks good at first glance, but I doubt very much their ‘deals’ are honest.When I ordered an entire bathroom suite I originally got 6 different delivery dates but they did manage to slim to 3 I think after a call.I then had various problems with their products from a faulty toilet seat to a recommended waste kit not fitting the basin.I also found the shower screen to be not fit for purpose, ie it leaked. The fitting instructions had errors and and in the end I had to rip it out and replace myself at my own cost as heat and plumb couldn’t organise their suppliers during lockdown.As for that I understand a pandemic was going on, but I expected them to refund the cost of the screen later on. I must have gone back and forth with their customer service a hundred times. They would have replaced ( if I could have waited an undefined amount of weeks), but now they wouldn’t refund, then they would, then they wouldn’t, and so on. It was my fault then it was manufactured wrong then my fault again over and over. Eventually they said the manufacturer was ready to collect it, despite knowing it had been fitted and removed after being discussed at length.I re packaged it, moved it to my home as the customer understandably didnt want it in their home.Then I waited for pick up. They arranged pick up, then didnt turn up. They re arranged, again, they missed it. Every time with me re arranging my schedule.Then they called, apologised, said the company would call heat and plumb.Then I was informed that as it had been fitted and wasn’t in original packaging it wouldn’t be picked up, finally I thought someone sensible had taken over, although a lot of my time had been wasted. Nope. It was then decided it was once again my fault despite photo evidence and incorrect, conflicting instructions.This is weeks of messages and faffing about.Still no refund after a manager said they would look into it then no further contact.Terrible customer service, terrible products.

Very impressed!

I have bought a number of bathroom items recently from this company. Fast delivery and I was pleased by the care shown in packaging for delivery. Also, when I had queries, customer service sorted out returns quickly. Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.

Had the toilet seat in the size we required cheaper than other sites, great delivery service, arrived on time and in good condition. Very satisfied.

Avoid if you want quality products and good customer service

Unprofessional, rude & sexist. Product incorrectly specified.

Unprofessional, rude and sexist. I recently purchased a product and found the dimensions to be larger than the specification drawings they provide on their website. They asked me to email photos to them to prove the fault, which I did. They responded by telling me "all ceramics have a +/- 10% to 20% tolerance" and that "all plumber know this". Neither of these two statements are stipulated in their Terms and Conditions or their specifications. I'm exercising my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to return the product and obtain a refund.

Charged ten pounds extra for delivery!?

This company has exasperated me. I chose a day for delivery of an item and was in the house all day on the chosen day. Apparently the item was delivered at nine in the morning whilst I was upstairs. There are three floors to my house and I can hear a sharp knock on the door from the third floor. I did not hear a thing. The delivery company was DPD and normally they put a card through the door to say that they have delivered but they failed to do this. I did not discover that the item had been delivered until much later in the day, when I was told that they had tried to deliver twice. Very odd as I was in all day.I then phoned the company to ask why they had not left a note through the door and they had no explanation.They then asked me to pay £10 as I had missed the delivery. I was furious about this as I had already paid for delivery. However, after a long discussion with a man who seemed very arrogant and dismissive and appeared to tell me that he apologised (but it did seem that he'd been trained to give an apology although I could tell by his voice that he did not really mean it) he insisted that he take money from me or I could cancel the order and he would pay me back for the item minus £10. I have never been treated like this by any company and wondered if I was calling a fraud line. I felt very stressed.I eventually paid him, under duress.However, the problem was not over. The company then gave me a new date for delivery which was today (Monday, 21st December). However, on last Saturday, while I was out, the company delivered the item and left a note through the door to say they had been!! Even though the agreed delivery date had been today, Monday. I was then able to track the delivery and the note said that it would deliver on the Sunday ..... never mind that I had an agreed delivery date for the Monday.I had my family staying with me and we had planned some Christmas shopping for Sunday. Of course, we then had to stay in to await delivery. I did feel our weekend had been very messed up by this delivery fiasco.On Monday morning, today, I was then rung by the same man I had spoken to who had obtained ten pounds out of me to say that he had seen that the item had been delivered and that if I had been out at the weekend then it wouldn't have mattered as they would come again today!! How, then, had they managed to attempt two deliveries over the weekend and prepared to try a third today without charging me another ten pounds?? When, in the first delivery attempt the previous week, they could only attempt deliver twice before charging me??I feel that I have been abused and affronted by this company and I would urge any people to think twice about using them.I hope by reading this email others will be prevented from the stress and angst that `I have been through. Avoid this company at all costs.

Great

Delivered ahead of schedule. Good customer service; sorted a problem with missing item very quickly. A little pushy on chasing a review, but probably wouldn't have bothered leaving one if they weren't.
